Hallikar A2 Cow Ghee

Fresh A2 milk is boiled, cooled and fermented overnight to turn into curd.

The curd is hand-churned in the Bilona method to get fermented butter.

Buttermilk is removed and the butter is slowly heated to make cultured ghee.

Gramiyaa cold pressed oils are packed in opaque paper-based cartons. The carton is grease-proof and also makes it easy to pour the cooking oil. The opaqueness of the carton protects the cold pressed oil from sunlight and keeps it fresh as new for longer.

The Hallikar cows in the farm, a South Indian native, graze freely and produce milk naturally. Their active lifestyle creates nutritious milk, first for their calves and the excess for us.
Cold pressed groundnut oil has a light nutty taste. It has the right smoke point 160°C for daily Indian cooking. It's a healthier alternative for sunflower and other refined oils.
Although cow ghee is nutritious, it is made of 60% saturated fat and having too much increases bad cholesterol. Use ghee in moderation (1-2 spoonfuls a day) for a healthy and balanced diet.
Cultured cow ghee and groundnut oil have a shelf life of 12 months but we recommend you to use it within 6 months to get the best flavour and aroma.
Gramiyaa products are minimally processed to retain the original taste, aroma and nutrition. And so flavour and colour slightly varies from batch to batch. If you are not satisfied with the quality, please reach out to us for a return/exchange.
