What is single cold pressed oil?

Seeds or nuts are pressed only once. Single pressed oil retains maximum flavour, aroma, and nutrients. While some oil mills press the same batch multiple times to extract every last drop, repeated pressing affects taste and quality. We stop at the first press and the leftover oil cake is then used as nutritious cattle feed.

What makes Gramiyaa oil different from regular store bought oil?

Gramiyaa oils are single cold pressed, with no heat and no blending. Most oil on the shelf is refined for a longer shelf life. Gramiyaa oils are slowly pressed to keep the natural aroma, flavour, and nutrients intact.

Why is your packaging different?

Light and heat are the biggest enemies of cold pressed oil. They speed up oxidation and rancidity. Our opaque pack blocks light, so the oil you pour out is as fresh as the day it was pressed.

How can I cook with cold pressed oils?
