Healthy Kangeyam cows are our secret to ghee-liciousness.

Gramiyaa Ghee is made from Kangeyam (a native South Indian breed) cow milk.

Cows graze freely on pasture and natural fodder. They breed naturally without artificial insemination. They are milked only after their calves are fed.

The stress-free environment and the region's calcium-rich soil help cows produce nutritious A2 milk.

It’s unadulterated, delicious and nutritional. In contrast to non-cultured ghee, cultured A2 ghee is highly digestible and suitable for dairy sensitive people.

It borrows its yellow colour from a pigment called beta carotene. It boosts our body with immunity.

Our health thrives with a daily dose of healthy fat. Based on your health and lifestyle, include a healthy intake of ghee in your food.

A spoonful of Ghee a day keeps your health in good shape.

  • Fresh A2 milk is boiled, cooled and fermented overnight to turn into curd.

  • The curd is hand-churned in the Bilona method to get fermented butter.

  • Buttermilk is removed and the butter is slowly heated to make cultured ghee.

    FAQ

How fast will I receive my order?

All orders placed today will be dispatched tomorrow morning from our local warehouses. 90% of our orders are delivered 1 day. In rare cases, it takes an extra day.

Is this ghee ethically sourced and produced?

The Kangeyam cows in the farm, a South Indian native, graze freely and produce milk naturally. Their active lifestyle creates nutritious milk, first for their calves and the excess for us.

Can I use it for everyday cooking?

Although cow ghee is nutritious, it is made of 60% saturated fat and having too much increases bad cholesterol. Use ghee in moderation (1-2 spoonfuls a day) for a healthy and balanced diet.

What is the shelf life of the product?

Cultured cow ghee has a shelf life of 12 months but we recommend you to use it within 6 months to get the best flavour and aroma.

What if I’m not happy with the product?

Gramiyaa products are minimally processed to retain the original taste, aroma and nutrition. And so flavour and colour slightly varies from batch to batch. If you are not satisfied with the quality, please reach out to us for a return/exchange.
