It’s healthy for your diet and increases your good cholesterol. It’s further divided into polyunsaturated fatty acids and monounsaturated fatty acids (PUFA & MUFA

Saturated Fats (limit this)

It’s less healthier and too much of it increases your bad cholesterol.

Trans Fats (avoid this)

It’s risky as it increases your bad and decreases your good cholesterol levels.
