The Hallikar cows in the farm, a South Indian native, graze freely and produce milk naturally. Their active lifestyle creates nutritious milk, first for their calves and the excess for us.
Although cow ghee is nutritious, it is made of 60% saturated fat and having too much increases bad cholesterol. Use ghee in moderation (1-2 spoonfuls a day) for a healthy and balanced diet.
Cultured cow ghee has a shelf life of 12 months but we recommend you to use it within 6 months to get the best flavour and aroma.
